The bed and pillows were the best I have ever laid on.
The water was cloudy, tasted weird and left a white later on my skin after showering. I would have sworn it was chlorine. Please check your salt to chlorine ratio.

Very nice hotel... Clean, with great future amenities....
Older customer... Too far from room to parking to services. Dining availability minimum, although it appears they are working at putting A restaurant that will be open for breakfast/lunch in.

It was fine considering our budget. By "fine" I mean nothing was spectacular. It was a decent value, the room was clean but probably wouldn't have passed a White Glove test.
The surrounding environment detracted from our stay. It's on an end of town that is convenient to the expressway only. Other than that, the parking lot is made us nervous, everyone we told responded with; "You're staying out there?" Apparently there has been some violence in the area and it doesn't exactly have a Disnleyland vibe about it.
-
Pool needed cleaning, hot tub jets were not working and tub needed cleaning also. Included breakfast did not have any selection.
-
Breakfast area and food was really good.
Shower in room didn't work that great. Smell of hallway was strange - smelled like something was being masked over with a cleaner.
-
Convenient location.
No hot water is simply unacceptable
-
Room were nice /well furnished
The check in delay , it took more than 30 minutes !also the weird design of the hotel ,a huge walking distances

Everything was great. Comfortable beds, clean room. Even though it was a busy weekend (MSU Graduation/Mother's Day) everything went very well.
Had to go down one floor for the ice machine - Big Whoop!
-
Large comfortable room
Front desk very disorganized couldn't find reservations. Computer wouldn't work. They were very unpleasant to other guest waiting to check in In room coffee pot had been left uncleaned mistake made on our bill (overcharged)
-
Handicap room
Breakfast at 8:30 am no coffee, all out of eggs, cereal all over counter, no spoons. Room was not serviced on Friday. TV had no signal on Thurs. night.
-
This hotel offers tremendous value for the money and is an easy ride to MSU.
-
The bed was extra comfty and the hotel was just so beautiful rooms were very clean as well
Nothing to complain about
-
It was very nice and staff very pleasant.
The breakfast could be a little bit better.

When we arrived our toilet kept running, they adjusted it and showed us how to do it, so we asked to change rooms. In the 2nd room the TV didn't work and we found someone else's dirty socks and garbage on the floor. We had to move again! Of course each time we had to pack up. The 3rd room was OK and comfortable.

The entire experience was disappointing!
What was unacceptable: Nicole the desk clerk who needs serious customer service training. She repeatedly said that the reservation through Booked.net is not guaranteed, so sad too bad. Check the fine print. If you don't like it, you can leave. Monica who claims to be a manager is incompetent and unprofessional. Her way of handling the situation was "We just got your reservation " We are all done with this conversation" and hung up. Despite that the reservation was confirmed 9 minutes after the reservation was made on the 22 of January and they viewed my credit card information 1 hour 30 minutes after the reservation was made. Yes, they are paying someone for that type of service to their customers. The hotel did not have a guest service manager on staff the entire weekend and the hotel neglected to honor the reservation that was made 2 months in advance. They have a staff of young girls with no customer etiquette running the place. Also, the hotel was filled with 700 teenagers from a Youth Group and the doors slammed open and shut from 6:30am to 1:30am. The room was dirty, hair in the tub, sink clogged, they had not dusted, and the room smelled bad. The halls smelled of marijuana and the pool had people in it that lived in the area but not staying at the hotel. A real class act Causeway Bay Hotel!
